The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Donald Nugent can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Don was definitely one of a kind. Loved by his family and friends , respected by his associates, adored by his pets ( even the ones that he complained about his family bringing home.) He worked hard and made a good life for his family. Men like that are too few and far between these days.

Don you will be missed by all, but you have done your job here and then some. York has been waiting for you to come home to her and I have no doubt that she is surrounded by Daisy, Large, Tag and even Bo name a few.

Rest in peace or Golf all day.
But do so knowing you are loved, appreciated and free .

Condolence: First met Don in 1977 when he was introduced to me as one of Aetna's most important agents, which he remained as for many years. We shared lots of good food, good drink and not so good golf over the years. He was a very fine and unique man. I feel lucky to have called him a good friend for so long and will miss him.

Condolence From: Donna Nugent
Condolence: My father dedicated every day of his life for his family. He was the most generous caring man I will ever be blessed to know. He made sure we were always safe and taken care of.He was the hardest working man I will ever know. His dream was to work till his last days on this earth and he did. He took care of my son..his grandson Michael better than any grandfather could have. My son and I had the honor of living with my father for my sons entire life. He taught him how to be a man. How important it is to be successful ambitious loving caring person. I thank God everyday that I had him as a positive role model for Mike. We would not be the people we are today if it wasn't for my dad. He was my rock. He was my inspiration. He is forever loved by us till we meet again. God has a plan for all of us and when our purpose on this earth ends we will all be together again in heaven. There are no words to describe how much I love you and respect you. Till we meet again. I live you dad.
