First of all, sincere sympathy to all of Dorothy"s children and their families and nieces and nephews. Dotty and I met in 1945 while attending secretarial school following high school graduation (75 years ago). We had an easy connection and in no time at all began a friendship filled with youthful adventures, loads of laughter, double dates and several summers at Spring Lake, New Jersey. Along with three other friends, we would rent a house from May to Labor Day weekend. The bond we five formed never faded. We laughingly called ourselves "The Five Belles."
There are now three Belles in heaven. I'll see you in a little while. In the meantime, you are missed. Hugs and kisses. "Aunt Bette"

Our condolences to the entire Lahm family. You have lost a GREAT Lady who was a very dear friend to us. Our friendship dates back over 30 years and we really enjoyed our annual Christmas and mutual birthday lunches. She was a person full of wisdom, common sense and much love and faith. We all now have a new Saint to pray to and she will always be smiling down on all of us who knew and loved her. God Bless you Dottie and may the Good Lord hold you the palms of his hand.

I always enjoyed visiting with Dorothy. She was so proud of her children. She loved to talk about the places she traveled to.
