I spent some great times in NYC with Rosemary in the early 90s - we had some great adventures, the best being a 24hr trip to Washington DC to watch England play Brazil in the US Cup 1993. We left NYC on a Greyhound bus bound for DC shortly after midnight and arrived back 24hrs later after a fantastic day touring the White House, watching the football, and having a smashing curry! She was truly a special soul, and I will always remember her with great fondness for her kindness and for helping this Brit get by in the Big Apple. Sending my condolences to all of Rose's family for their sad loss xx
